Energy centers are activated by placing attention and intention on the location of each chakra (crystals used). This leads to deep purification, transformation, and rejuvenation. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind.

House / Property / Office Space - Energy Clearing process involves using a combination of energy healing techniques to clear negative, stagnant, or blocked energy from your space. By balancing the energy in your space, you can experience a sense of peace, clarity, and positivity. It is also recommended for those who are moving into a new space to clear energy of the past beings.

What makes my Energy Clearing unique is the holistic approach that combines traditional practices with modern techniques to provide a comprehensive clearing experience. I use a combination of crystal (and crystal grids), smudging and saging rituals, and Reiki transference techniques. This removes all distortions, corrects and balances with the help of the magnetic grid of mother earth of your location (Spiritual Feng Shui).

REIKI?

A Reiki practitioner places their hands just above your body -- to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. During the session, we will work through Physical, Emotional and Spiritual fields for the client. Energy healing targets the flow of energy and removes blockages. Improving the flow of energy in and around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

MORE ABOUT THE BIOFIELD

Reiki works with your biofield energy. So what is the biofield? It is a large field of energy that surrounds and extends out from the body about 8 feet. No part of the energy system is visible to the human eye but the biofield can be felt with the hands, often through either pressure or temperature changes. Biofield therapies are defined as approaches which work directly with the subtle energy field that surrounds the body. The subtle energy system is made up of three components: meridians, chakras, and the biofield or aura. Reiki Masters work on your biofield to support your needs physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Each session begins with a guided meditation, body scan and then energy treatment areas.

Crystals with specific properties are carefully placed on the clients body and activated. Designed to dissolve stress and release tension in the body, allowing you to deeply relax and let go, while infusing your system with renewed vitality, focus, and energy. Crystals are high in vibration with both giving and receiving energy.

Chakra Balancing

Is Reiki like a Massage?

While you will feel a release and it can be used for physical pain, we use a hands-off approach. This is not like a traditional massage where hand force is used to release physical pain.

Is Reiki A Religon?

Reiki is not a belief system, so it doesn’t matter what faith you are or what name you give to your Creator. It is a form of energy healing without any religious affiliations and that is why it doesn’t matter what faith an individual holds when they seek Reiki therapy or want to learn Reiki. 

How often should I get Reiki?

Sometimes one Reiki session is enough to resolve whatever the issue is, and sometimes it takes several sessions. Also, some individuals receive Reiki regularly as part of their wellness routine vs. treat one specific issue. Everyone is different and we will assess and evaluate your needs!

Energy Healing Policies

  • Booking

    • First appointment must be booked at whitmarkco.com.
    • For your first appointment, payment is collected at time of booking; your appointment is not confirmed until payment is made. **If you are part of the Veterans Program, no card or payment is needed to hold your appointment.
    • For returning clients, a card remains on file for all appointments. You always have the option to pay in full when scheduling but it is not required.

  • Cancellation, Rescheduling and Tardiness

    • 48 hours cancellation / reschedule notice is required (regardless of client status) in writing to connect@whitmarkco.com.
    • First time clients are required to pay in full: In the event you do not cancel in 48 hours, the balance can be transferred to another appointment, but there are no refunds.
    • No-Shows without communication will not be able to reschedule or transfer their balance to a new appointment. You will forfeit the fee in full.
    • Existing clients will have their card on file charged a 50% fee for a missed service.
    • We reserve the right to refuse future appointments if there are repeated no-shows and late appointments on your account.
    • If you are going to be late, please communicate that ASAP.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, we will consider that is no-show and will adhere to our cancellation fee policy.

  • Pre-Appointment Requirements

    • Please complete any pre-session paperwork that is emailed to you before you arrive at the session. We ask that is complete at least 24 hours before, so we can be prepared.
    • Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your session.
    • Do not enter the studio room or knock on the door if the “In-Session” sign is hanging on the door.
