In addition to our traditional energy healing certifications, we are also trained in methods specific to trauma and PTSD for those who may need accommodations.

REIKI HEALING
Reiki targets the flow of energy and removes blockages. Improving the flow of energy in and around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
Each session begins with a guided meditation, body scan and then energy treatment areas.

CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals with specific properties are carefully placed on the clients body and activated. Designed to dissolve stress and release tension in the body, allowing you to deeply relax, while infusing your system with renewed vitality, focus, and energy. Crystals are high in vibration with both giving and receiving energy.

ENERGY CLEARING
Energy clearing will increase the quantity, flow, and distribution of your energy throughout your physical and energy body. This releases blocks in your energy system, restoring the delicate balance between your body-mind-spirit. This has Chakra focus, but focuses on flow of overall energy.
